Founding Trial Terms

The short version

• Your first 30 days are free. We save your card at sign-up but take nothing.

• If you carry on, it's £147 + VAT a month from day 31, and that price is locked for as long as you stay with us.

• No contract. Cancel before your trial ends and you pay nothing. Cancel later and you just stop paying from your next billing date.

• We'll remind you 5 days before your first payment.

• Your reviews, contacts, leads and reports are yours to keep if you leave. The system that produces them is ours, and you rent it while you're with us.

The full terms are below. They're written to be read, not to catch you out.

1. Who we are

Local Lead Engine is run by Galactic Digital Agency Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06105982). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Local Lead Engine, and "you" means the business signing up.

These terms are for businesses. By signing up, you confirm you're signing up for your business, not as a private individual.

2. The founding trial

Your trial starts on the day you sign up and lasts 30 days. During the trial we set up and run:

• A missed-call text-back system, with a dedicated phone number your unanswered calls forward to

• A website chat assistant with self-booking, added to your existing website

• Your website enquiry form connected to our system

• Google Business Profile optimisation

• Automated review requests and a review QR code for your phone

• One review request campaign and one reactivation campaign to your past customers

• A report at the end of the trial showing what happened

• Founding trial places are limited.

3. Payment

• We save your card details at sign-up through our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

• Nothing is charged during the trial.

• Unless you cancel, your card is charged £147 + VAT on day 31 and on the same date each month after that.

• We'll send you a reminder by email and text 5 days before your first payment.

• As a founding client, your monthly price is locked at £147 + VAT for as long as your subscription continues without a break. If you cancel and come back later, the standard price at that time applies.

• If a payment fails, we'll let you know and try again. If it's still unpaid after 14 days, we may pause the service until it's sorted.

4. Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time by replying to any of our messages or emailing [email protected].

• If you cancel before your trial ends, you won't be charged anything.

• If you cancel after your trial, the service runs until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part months.

• We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you break these terms in a serious way.

5. What we need from you

• Access to your Google Business Profile (as a manager) and your website (as an admin user). We never ask for your passwords.

• Accurate information about your business, services and prices, so customers aren't told the wrong thing.

• Setting up call forwarding on your phone. We'll do it with you on the kickoff call.

• Replying to questions within a few working days, so setup doesn't stall.

• Responding to the enquiries and bookings the system sends you. We catch the leads; winning the job is down to you.

6. Your customer list

If you give us your past customer list, you confirm that you're allowed to use it for review requests and marketing messages. Our data processing agreement explains how we handle that data and forms part of these terms. In short: we only use your customer data to run your campaigns, we keep it secure, and if you leave we send it back and delete our copy.

7. What's yours and what's ours

• Your Google Business Profile, your existing website, your domain and your customer list stay yours throughout. You can remove our access at any time.

• Yours to keep if you leave: every review on your Google profile, every contact and lead collected while you're with us, and your reports. We'll send you an export of your contacts, leads and reports on request.

• Ours, and rented to you for as long as you're with us: the CRM system, automations, chat assistant, templates, phone number and everything else we use to run the service. These switch off when the service ends.

• The new website we build from month 2: if you leave within your first 12 paid months, the website stays with us, or you can buy it outright for £997 + VAT. After 12 paid months, it's yours to keep. Either way, if you leave, you'll need your own hosting and we'll transfer the files to you.

• Anything not listed above as yours is part of the service we provide, not something you buy.

8. The phone number

Your dedicated number is part of our system. Your customers never call it directly, because your calls only forward to it when you don't answer, so nothing changes for them if you leave. When the service ends, switch off call forwarding on your phone. We'll send you the code.

9. Results

We'll do everything in our control to get you more reviews, enquiries and jobs. We can't guarantee a particular number of any of them, because results depend on things we don't control, such as your customers, your market, Google, and how quickly you respond to enquiries.

10. Other platforms

The service relies on platforms we don't own, including Google, our CRM and phone provider, and mobile networks. They can change their rules, features or prices, or have outages. If that affects the service, we'll tell you and work around it where we can, but we're not responsible for their decisions. For example, Google can suspend or restrict a Business Profile for its own reasons.

11. Liability

• Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

• We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost jobs or lost opportunities.

• Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email. Your founding price will not increase.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
