Free trial

Your first 30 days are free. Cancel before your trial ends and you won't be charged anything.

Monthly plan

• Monthly fees are billed in advance and aren't refundable.

• You can cancel at any time. The service runs until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part months.

• To cancel, reply to any of our messages or email [email protected].

One-off work

One-off work, such as premium website builds, has its own payment and refund terms, set out in the quote you accept before we start.

Website buy-out

If you buy the website we built for you (£997 + VAT within your first 12 paid months), that payment isn't refundable once the files have been transferred to you.

Mistakes

If we ever charge you in error, we'll refund it in full as soon as you tell us.

Payment disputes

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first before raising a chargeback with your bank. We'll sort it quickly.
