1. Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced due to allocation of technical and infrastructure resources.

2. Monthly Fees

Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.

3. Performance Disclaimer

We do not guarantee revenue or business growth outcomes.

Our services provide infrastructure to capture and manage enquiries.

4. Chargebacks

Payment disputes must be raised directly with us prior to initiating chargebacks.

Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery action.
